How the work gets done.

Five rules. They apply to every project, large or small.

    Measured, not claimed.

    Speed is tested with Google Lighthouse's mobile test on a simulated phone, and published with the method and the date. If it wasn't measured, it isn't on the page.

  2. 02

    You own everything.

    Your domain, your code, your accounts, in your name from day one. Leaving means removing me, not migrating anything.

  3. 03

    Fixed scope. Fixed price.

    The scope is written down before work starts. Anything outside it is quoted first, like a change order.

  4. 04

    One senior engineer builds it.

    You talk to the person doing the work. No hand-offs, no account managers, no guessing who's responsible.

  5. 05

    A boring, durable stack.

    TypeScript, static sites where they fit, and well-supported platforms. Chosen to keep running for years, not to follow a trend.

Portfolio sites for remodelers and design-build firms.

A remodeler's next client usually finds them on a phone. I tested 20 Austin‑area remodeler sites to see how long their main image takes to appear. Then I built one whose main image appears in 1.7 s in the same test.

Brandon Delgado

Founder-led, on purpose.

I'm Brandon Delgado, a senior full-stack TypeScript engineer. I started Shipmind Systems to build websites and software the way a good builder puts up a house: to spec, measured, and made to last.

Right now Shipmind is me. I scope the work, I build it, and I stand behind it. The plan is to grow one niche at a time, and to keep the standard as it grows.
